It’s time to start preparing for the arrival of your baby during week 36 of your pregnancy, which also means getting your hospital bag ready.

A hospital bag consists of your and your baby’s necessities during labour, after birth and for a stay in the postnatal ward. Some of the most important things to pack include your bag are your birth plan and maternity notes, maternity pads, nursing bras, nappies and sleep-suits for the baby. Your partner will need a set of changing clothes as they’ll be in the hospital for a while as they await the baby’s arrival.

For a comprehensive list of what to pack in your hospital bag, see this article from Baby Centre.
