MISS UNIVERSE 2017: PAGEANT NATIONAL COSTUMES FROM AFRICA

86 gorgeous women from all over the world are gracing us with their beauty as one of the world’s biggest beauty pageants, Miss Universe, is taking place.

The national costumes section has just been completed, with contestants showing off the most beautiful gowns that best represent their countries and heritage.

I’ve rounded up national costumes you need to see from contestants representing Africa:

The competition will air live on Sunday the 29th of January in the Philippines, with comedian and TV presenter Steve Harvey as the main host of the show and model Ashley Graham serving as backstage host. Judges include former Miss Universe winners Dayanara Torres, Sushmita Sen and Leila Lopes.
