Life happens to all of us, resulting in setbacks that we never quite anticipated.
Experiencing a setback can demotivate you, making you think that you don’t have much to offer the world, and it can also make you question everything you have believed as you experience the loss and loneliness of having something of significance taken from you.
So, how do you cope with setbacks? How do you move on with your life?
What I know is that once the storm has passed and you’re in a better place, you’re able to see the lesson or the significance of what you’ve been through, and in the case of losing a loved one, you’re able to empathize and help someone else going through the same experience.
